Return Policy for Human Hair Wigs and Human Raw Hair Bundles

Due to the nature of our products, Hair Basket does offer refunds in exceptional cases only. If you choose to request a refund or exchange for the hair bundles or units, it must be done within a 15-day period from receiving your order. However, the human hair bundles and units must not show any evidence of the lace being cut, no damage to the hair while in your care, and no hair dye.
